Warehouse Storeman

Auckland

About the business and the role

Located in several regions of New Zealand and Australia, Cirtex is a leading Geosynthetics manufacturing and Distribution Company in New Zealand. They are currently seeking a Warehouse Team Member to join and contribute to their growing New Zealand owned and managed business in the Auckland Area.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • OHS responsibilities as required by the Operations and Logistics Team Leader
  • Picking and packing orders in an efficient, timely manner, ensuring that they are dispatched in the most efficient way
  • Assisting with inwards containers, unpacking in the most timely and efficient way
  • Deliveries as required
  • Maintain MPI Accredited Person qualification (standard cost of licensing is covered by Cirtex)
  • Maintain current forklift license (standard cost of licensing is covered by Company)
  • Maintain a current Class 1 NZ driver’s license
  • Uphold customer service to the high standards required by Cirtex
  • Stocktaking as required by the Operations and Logistics Team Leader
  • Maximize efficiency in all areas of responsibility
  • Be committed to The Cirtex Mission, Vision and Values statements
  • Other general responsibilities as reasonably required
  • Assist with the care for the entire facility as required by the Operations and Logistics Team Leader

Skills and experience

  • Current Drivers licence
  • Current Forklift licence
  • Demonstrate a high level of personal presentation, professional integrity and a very high level of confidentiality
  • Ability to take ownership and accountability of every task,
  • Display enthusiasm, initiative and strong problem solving skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Become proficient with the required areas of the Cirtex NetSuite ERP system
  • Ability to work in a busy environment without being distracted
  • Ability to remain focused and calm under pressure
  • Ability to maintain and build strong, open and collaborative relationships at all levels
  • Ability to comply with Work, Health, and Safety practices

Sales Representative

North Island

About the business and the role

Located in several regions of New Zealand and Australia, Cirtex is a leading Landscape products, Geosynthetics manufacturing and Distribution Company in New Zealand. They are currently seeking an experienced Sales Representative in the North Island Region to join the sales team and contribute to their growing business.

Job tasks and responsibilities

  • Driving sales and product growth strategies professionally in store
  • Maintaining close working relationships with many of New Zealand’s largest hardware and drainage merchants across the North Island
  • Present product training sessions
  • Implementing marketing strategies and activities
  • Identify opportunities to increase sales
  • Creating and updating sales forecasts
  • Completing regular reporting and participate in sales meetings

Skills and experience

  • Good organisational skills
  • Minimum of two years’ merchandising, sales, or marketing experience (preferably in the hardware retail market)
  • Personable and engaging communication style
  • Initiative, high motivation and drive, and the ability to work autonomously
  • Some overnight travel will be required as this is a territory based role.
